Junior Safety Officer

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
For Architectural and Interior Projects
BE / Diploma – Knowledge on Construction Safety Standards PPE
Experience – Relevant Experience of minimum 2 years

  • Ensure all that self and every individual is following.
  • Knowledge on standard PPE equipments, mandatory rules to be followed at site such as for scaffolding, welding, loading and unloading of materials, electrical connections etc..for all packages.
  • Conduct periodic huddles with all contractors and personnel present at site.
  • Maintain and share Daily safety report with Senior PM. In case of any non conformity or incidents at site, immediately report to Senior PM and take required action under their guidance.
  • Under guidance of Senior PM conduct Safety audits to be conducted regularly.
  • Attend all site meetings and ensure all points regarding safety are communicated to vendors.

Quantity Surveyor

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
B.E Civil, Minimum 5 years of experience
Good with Excel and analytical skills
Good in quantity taking off
