Team
TeamTeam Vyuhana brings together a set of experienced professionals who are well-qualified to deliver flawlessly. Vyuhana focuses on executing designs created by our sister firm Opus Architects enabling seamless communication between the design and execution teams.
Vyuhana is headed by Anagha Ghorpadkar and Sujay Ghorpadkar who are consummate professionals with close to four decades of experience between them.
Our estimation team works closely with the execution team to manage BOQs, bill certifications, and rate analyses; while the site team manages onsite work. The more experienced members of our staff are always at hand to provide the necessary guidance to junior team members.
In the back end, our HR and finance teams ensure solid financials and a conducive organisational structure. Fun events such as our ‘Happy Tea,’ festive celebrations and team outings uplift our spirits and motivate us to do better.
Anagha Ghorpadkar
Anagha GhorpadkarDuring her 13-year stint prior to founding Vyuhana Projects, Anagha Gorphadkar worked with several leading corporate real estate firms including CBRE, DTZ Property Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield. During this time, she has executed office spaces for clients such as Accenture, Yahoo, IBM, Juniper and McAfee to name a few. Her last job was with Target Corporation India as a senior manager for Corporate Real Estate.
In her current role as a managing partner at Vyuhana Projects, Anagha brings her wide expertise in project management, corporate services and space planning to the table; providing clients with the assurance that their projects are completed successfully while meeting time, budget and quality parameters.
Anagha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from BVB College of Engineering. In her free time, you will find Anagha playing with her two young boys or participating in cultural activities such as theatre, dance etc.
Sujay Ghorpadkar
Sujay GhorpadkarSujay Ghorpadkar, Founder of Vyuhana Projects, is also the founder and Principal Architect at Opus Architects, a mid-sized Architecture firm in Bangalore. Since its inception in 2006, Opus Architects has successfully delivered over 100 base-build and interior projects across residential, commercial, industrial, academic and hospitality sectors. Opus Architects and Vyuhana Projects together offer clients end-to-end turnkey ‘Design-Manage-Build’ solutions.
Before diving into entrepreneurship, Sujay gained valuable experience working with some prestigious architecture firms in Bangalore, including Thomas Associates (2004-2006), Venkataramanan Associates (2002-2004) and Zachariah Consultants (2000-2002).
Sujay’s artistic side also extends to a deep passion for theatre and performing arts, which he pursues in his free time. He has directed several award-winning plays.
